Enjoy, but keep an eye on crocs if you decide to take a dip in the creek!

Had a great weekend with family! It's close to the ocean with nice sandy beaches with clean toilets if you are keen on camping a day or two.

Camped here in December. Great spot to camp on 80 mile beach. Not crowded and very peaceful. The rangers are happy to help. Don't forget to bring your own wood for a little fire.

When you are here, don't forget to check out the Rabbit Proof fence. Once worlds longest unbroken fence that crosses the state (WA) from north to south. The most northern point of the fence ends in here.

The Cape is not a National Park. It is a reserve administered by the local Shire so NP passes do not apply. Its a lovely spot and the fee structure is very effective in discouraging the messy whizz bang overnighters and the "I expect everything for nothing crowd" away. Its food dor beach walks, rock pools, fishing and photography. Downside is midges/sandflies...bring repellent and cover up if needed.

Nice spot on the beach with several camping areas to choose from, some with coastal views. The facilities are aged and basic. The rangers are helpful and while the scenery is beautiful it is more suited to fishing and photography at which it excels rather than just pleasant camping.
